ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE GITA GOPI)
1. The report of the Police Inspector, Gandhigram – 2 (University) Police Station, Rajkot City and the report of the Police Inspector, Rajkot Taluka Police Station, Rajkot City, are produced by the learned APP. Both the reports are taken on record.
2. According to the reports, presently there is no proposal to proceed against the applicant under the PASA Act.
3. In view of the same, the application becomes
