ORDER

1. The report of the Police Inspector, Isanpur Police Station, Ahmedabad City, is produced by the learned APP. The report is taken on record.
2. According to the report, presently there is no proposal to proceed against the applicant under the PASA Act.
3. In view of the same, the application becomes infructuous.
