ORDER
(PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE GITA GOPI)
1. The report of the Police Inspector, Sardarnagar Police Station, Ahmedabad City, is produced by the learned APP. The report is taken on record.
2. According to the report, a proposal has been sent. Considering the registration of four offences at Sardarnagar Police Station, the learned APP has referred to the schedule attached along with the report and submitted that several other cases are also

3. As per the report, the applicant is evading arrest.
4. In view of the same, the application becomes infructuous.
5. Hence, the present application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
