1. Parties are present and upon inquiry, the respondent wife has stated that, she has not been illegally confined by her parents and due to miscommunication, she could not be able to talk with her husband – applicant and presently, she is ready to accompany her husband. The parents have also expressed their willingness on the line of the corpus.
2. In that view of the matter, petition stands disposed of. The report submitted by Vadaj Police Station, Ahmedabad, is ordered to be placed on record. The corpus be at liberty to accompany the applicant husband. (ILESH J. VORA,J) (R. T. VACHHANI, J) P.S. JOSHI
