Compliance affidavit has been filed, wherein, it has been stated that case of the present petitioner has been considered and rejected vide order dated 04.05.2026. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to assail order dated 04.05.2026, in accordance with law, if he is still aggrieved. The application stands disposed of.
