Sushil Kukreja, Judge(Oral): Learned Deputy Advocate General, has placed on record communication dated 06.10.2026, wherein, it has been stated that the budget for the entire arrear amounting to Rs.1,50,210/-, has been allotted to the Block Elementary Education Office (BEEO), Banikhet vide office sanction letter dated 06.10.2026 and the concerned BEEO, will further submit the bill of the petitioner in the Treasury for disbursement of the said amount.
2. Therefore, in view of the above, at this stage, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgement?
