Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that the applicant- appellant be allowed to withdraw this application but with liberty to pursue remedies, which may be available to her against the respondent. Though, the request has been opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondent but we allow the applicant-appellant to withdraw this application with liberty, as prayed for.
