Despite opportunities granted, reply to the application has not been filed.

By way of this application, a prayer has been made for condonation of 49 days delay in filing the revision petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and having perused the averments made in the application, we are of the considered view that the delay in filing the revision petition is bonafide and further the delay is not all that inordinate, we condone the same to enable the applicant-petitioner to agitate the issue on merits. The application for condonation of 49 days delay is accordingly allowed.

Application stands disposed of.
