Taking into consideration the averments, as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant/respondent No.1, more particularly the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen and 70% disabled, the same is allowed and the appeal is ordered to be listed for final hearing in the month of March, 2027. The application stands disposed of.
