After arguing for some time and keeping in view the fact that the petitioner was party to the pre-meeting of the Purchase Committee held on 02.09.2025 (Annexure P-19), counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to press the present petition, as he has himself agreed to the provisions of the old menu at the rate of Rs.3450/- per student/month. Apparently, as per the order dated 16th June, 2026 (Annexure P-18), there is no reference, as such, for the petitioner to provide a new menu at the aforesaid rate.

2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed, so also the pending applications, if any.
