By way of the present execution petition, the petitioner seeks execution of the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in OA No.274 of 2017, titled Tashi Chhetan Vs. State of HP and Ors.
2. Apparently, in the present case, the petitioner has not approached the respondents in the intervening period.
3. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner does not intend to press the present petition 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes
-2- with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event of any inaction on the part of the competent Authority.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner, as prayed for.
