Ms. Vanshika Bagga, Advocate, for the non- applicant/respondent No.3.

While placing on record communication dated 08.09.2026, issued under the signature of the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary) has been directed to release interest at the rate of 9% and has been allotted a sum of Rs. 12,32,069/-.
