The order sought to be executed was passed way back on 30.11.2017. Counsel has tried to place on record documents showing that in another Execution Petition No. 23 of 2024, on 24.05.2024, a direction has been issued. Neither the said order has been referred to and now has been placed on record. Further, it has not been expressly stated in the Execution Petition as to what was the tenor of the order. In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that the present execution petition is not liable to be entertained, there being no proper material particulars and details, on record.
2. Faced with this situation, Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Execution Petition with 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes
