Ram Lal & Ors. and order dated 01.11.2023, in RFA No. 5 of 2018, titled Collector, Land Acquisition vs. Duni Chand passed by the Coordinate Benches of this Court.
2. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of with the direction that the findings so returned by the Coordinate Benches of this Court in RFA Nos. 902 to 923 of 2012 and RFA No. 5 of 2018 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the present appeal also and all the directions so issued by the
