For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and further one week’s time, as prayed for, is granted to the applicant/petitioner to deposit sum of Rs. 5000/- with the H.P. State Legal Services Authority, failing which, applicant/ petitioner shall render himself liable for penal consequences as well as contempt of the Court in terms of judgment dated 22.06.2026 passed by this Court in Cr.
