Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 28.09.2026, wherein, it has been stated that in compliance to directions of this Court higher pay scale after two years of regular services has been granted to the petitioner, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No. 4830/2023 and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the matter is closed.
3. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, as available to her under the law, if she is still aggrieved. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
