Coram:

The Hon’ble Mr. Justice Romesh Verma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting?1 For the petitioner : Mr. Bhupinder Thakur, Advocate.

For the respondents : Mr. Manish Thakur, Deputy Advocate General.

Romesh Verma, Judge (oral):

The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed in CWP No. 6755 of 2026, dated 06.05.2026.

2. This Court had directed the State on 25.09.2026 to obtain current instructions in the matter. Today, Mr. Manish Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, has placed on record a copy of office order dated 26.09.2026, whereby, after considering the case of the petitioner, the same has been ordered to be rejected.

3. Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to assail the said office order before the competent Court of law.

4. Since the judgment as passed by this Court stands fully complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the contempt proceedings, save and except granting liberty as aforesaid.

5. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for, along with pending application(s), if any.
