Coram:

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting? 1

For the Petitioner: Mr. Mohit Thakur, Advocate.

For the Respondents: Mr. Ravinder Thakur, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral):

Before notice, if any, could be issued in the instant proceedings, Mr. Ravinder Thakur, learned counsel representing the respondents has placed on record affidavit of compliance to state that the mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands duly complied with.

2. Careful perusal of aforesaid affidavit clearly reveals that Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had issued direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in CWP No. No.8184 of 2022, titled Yashwant Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others¸ but since judgment rendered by this Court in afore case, has been stayed in LPA No.205 of 2025, titled as Chuni Lal VS. State of Himachal Pradesh & others alongwith connected matters, respondents have 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2 already rejected the representation of the petitioner. Since there was only direction to consider the representation of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in Yashwant Kumar’s case(supra), coupled with the fact that judgment passed in Yashwant Kumar’s case(supra) has been already stayed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA, as detailed hereinabove, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, same is disposed of.
