The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of order, dated 27.02.2026, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 2059/2026.
Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of order, dated 29.07.2026, whereby case of the petitioner has been considered and accepted.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant petition can be closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.
for revival of the instant petition in case her grievance still remains unaddressed. Ordered accordingly.
In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is closed, with liberty as aforesaid. The petition stands disposed of.
