...Respondents

Coram:

The Hon’ble Mr. Justice Romesh Verma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting?1 For the petitioner : Ms. Aanchal Sharma, Advocate vice Mr. Balwant Singh Thakur, Advocate.

For the respondents : Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma, Addl. A.G.

Romesh Verma, Judge (oral):

The instant petition has been filed for non-compliance of judgment passed by this Court in CWPOA NO.112 of 2019, dated 05.08.2024.

2. This Court on 22.09.2026 had directed learned Additional Advocate General to obtain current instructions in the matter.

3. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the copy office order dated 24.09.2026, whereby, after considering the case of the present petitioner, the same has been allowed.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

4. Faced with this situation, it is contended by the learned vice counsel for the petitioner that though the respondents have complied with the judgment, however, a time-bound direction be issued to the respondents to take the aforesaid office order to its logical end.

5. Consequently, a direction is issued to the respondents to take office order dated 24.09.2026 to its logical end and the financial benefits shall be paid to the present petitioner, at all events, within a period of twelve weeks from today, positively.

6. With these observations, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty reserved to the petitioner that in case the grievances of the present petitioner still remain unredressed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application for the revival of the instant petition. Pending application(s), if any shall also stand disposed of. .

(Romesh Verma)
