Cr.MP No. 2795 of 2026

In pursuance to order passed on 5.8.2026, proclamation has been published against the respondent for requiring her presence in the matter for 24.9.2026. Despite calling the case repeatedly, no one has come forward to represent the respondent.

As per the report submitted by Serving Constable Dinesh Kumar, one copy each of the written proclamation was affixed at Annpurna Dhaba, Saiund, Bhuntar Sabji Mandi Chowk, and on the wall of Virender Medical Shop on 20.08.2026. A copy of the proclamation was also affixed on the Notice Board of the High Court on 23.08.2026. The report of the Serving Constable has been placed on record in Part-B.
