) When this case was taken up for consideration, a preliminary objection has been taken by the learned Legal Aid Counsel qua maintainability of the present petition. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the Court afresh by 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
