22.09.2026 Present: Ms. Kusum Chaudhary, Advocate, for the applicant/appellant.

Mr. Naveen Bhardwaj, Advocate, for the respondent.

CMP(M) No.1076 of 2026

By way of this application, a prayer has been made for condonation of 12 days delay in filing the appeal.

In light of the fact that, as per the report of the Registry, the delay in filing the appeal is 12 days only, we are of the considered view that the delay is not all that inordinate to call for any reply.

Accordingly, this application is allowed by condoning 12 days delay in filing the application. Application stands disposed of.
