2026:HHC:40671 may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action as well as challenging the vires of the said notification. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
