Usha Devi v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors.

CMP-T No. 24 of 2026 in Execution Petition No. 321 of 2024

21.09.2026 Present: Mr. Aman Thakur, Advocate vice Mr. K. K. Verma, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner.

Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General and Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for non- applicants/respondents No. 1 to 3.

Mr. Dhananjay Sharma, Advocate, for non- applicant/respondent No.4.

Perusal of the reply filed by the respondents vis-a- vis mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed reveals that judgment sought to be executed stands complied with and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.

Consequently, in view of the above, present application is disposed of with the direction to the non- applicants/respondents to ensure that consequential benefits (interest on the arrears pertaining to year 1996 and arrears for the year 2006), flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released positively within a period of three months. Liberty is also to the applicant/petitioner to approach appropriate court of law qua surviving grievances, if any. The application is disposed of.
