When the case was taken up for consideration today, the Court stands informed that the parties have amicably agreed before the learned Mediator to put an end to their issues by going for dissolution of marriage on terms and conditions, which are mentioned in the order of learned Mediator dated 30.06.2026.
2. In light of this development, these proceedings are closed by taking the report of the learned Mediator dated 30.06.2026 on record, with further observation that on strength 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 thereof, the parties shall approach the appropriate Court for dissolution of marriage by way of appropriate proceedings.
3. At this stage, on the request of the parties, the factum of an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- having been received by way of a cheque bearing No.71024052 from the husband by the wife is taken on record. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
