IN THE HIGH COURT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH, SHIMLA

Execution Petition No.2116 of 2026

Date of Decision: 21.9.2026 _____________________________________________________________________ Gurmail Singh

……...Petitioner Versus CSKHPKV

…....Respondent

Coram

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting? For the Petitioner: Mr. Arun Rana, Advocate. For the Respondent: Mr. Prince Chauhan, Advocate. ___________________________________________________________________________

Sandeep Sharma, J. (Oral)

Mr. Prince Chauhan, learned counsel representing the respondent states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands duly complied with. He states that after having considered case of the petitioner in light of Surajmani and Sarwan Kumar, relief, as prayed for, stands granted to the petitioner, which fact has been otherwise fairly acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua surviving grievance, if any.
