In sequel to orders dated 15.12.2025, 21.05.2026, 30.06.2026, and 14.08.2026, the consequential steps on account of the death of sole respondent, Kartar Singh, have not been taken till date.
Consequently, the appeal is ordered to be dismissed for non prosecution.
