The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 2350 of 2026, dated 02.03.2026.
2. This Court on 25.08.2026 had directed learned counsel for the respondents to obtain instructions in the matter.
3. Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record a copy of office order dated 24.08.2026, whereby, after consideration of case of the petitioner, the same has been allowed and the pay of the petitioner has been ordered to be refixed.

4. The aforesaid fact has been duly acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
