Coram

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Sharma, Judge. Whether approved for reporting? For the Petitioners: Mr. Aman Parth Sharma, Advocate.

For the respondents: Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan & Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General. ___________________________________________________________________________

Sandeep Sharma, J. (Oral)

Learned Counsel representing the petitioners fairly states that relief, as prayed for in the instant petition, has been partially allowed, whereby principal amount has been released to the petitioners, but up-to-date interest has not been paid.

2. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, while putting in appearance on behalf of respondent-State, states that though he has every reason to presume and believe that entire payment has been made, but in case any amount remains to be unpaid, same shall also be paid in accordance with law.

3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is closed,

2 with a direction to the respondents to ensure that balance payment, if any, on account of up-to-date interest, if not already paid, shall be paid to the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from today. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
