Dalip Singh (Dalip Chand) vs. LAO & others OMP(M) No.451 of 2026

08.09.2026 Present: Mr. Maan Singh, Advocate, for the applicant. Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma, Addl. A.G., for respondents No.1 and 3. Ms. Shreya Chauhan, Advocate, for respondent No.2.

OMP No.673 of 2026

For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and delay in refiling the appeal after removing the objections is condoned. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.

OMP(M) No.451 of 2026

The present application has been filed for condonation of 21 days’ delay in filing the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that the impugned order was passed on 10.09.2025. The certified copy thereof was applied on 14.11.2025 and supplied on 17.11.2025. After obtaining the certified copy, the applicant consulted his counsel, who advised to file an appeal before this Court. After preparation of appeal, the papers got intermingled in the office file and in this process, the delay has occurred in filing the instant appeal. Therefore, it has been prayed that the delay in filing the appeal is neither intentional nor willful, but the same has occurred due to unavoidable circumstances.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants have no objection in case the application is allowed.

Consequently, in view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and in view of submissions as made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is allowed and delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
