The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 7381 of 2026, dated 22.05.2026.
2. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office order dated 24.08.2026, issued by the Deputy Director School Education (Elem.), District Sirmour at Nahan, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been allowed.
