HP State Cooperative Bank Limited vs Anil Kumar CRMPM No.2636 of 2025 24.08.2026 Present Mr. Y.P Sood, Advocate, for the applicant. Ms. Veena Sharma, Advocate, for the respondent.

CRMPM No.2636 of 2025 By way of instant application filed under Section 5 of limitation Act, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/appellant for condonation of delay in maintaining the accompanying appeal, which is barred by limitation. Though, learned counsel for the respondent has filed reply, wherein, prayer has been opposed on the ground that no plausible explanation has been given qua delay in filing the appeal, however this Court having carefully perused the averments made in the application is convinced and satisfied that delay in maintaining the accompanying appeal is neither intentional nor deliberate, rather same has occurred on account of lengthy administrative process and as such, delay in filing the appeal, which in my considered view has been sufficiently explained, is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Criminal Appeal No.______2026 Be registered. Admit. Notice. Ms. Veena Sharma, learned counsel, waives service of post admission notice on behalf of respondent.

List for hearing in due course. Record, if not received, be called for.
