The instant application has been filed for deleting the portion, especially para 4 of the order, which was passed by this Court on 18.08.2026.
The learned counsel for the non- applicants/respondents have no objection in case the said modification is made in the said order.
Consequently, in view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the portion contained in para 4 of the order dated 18.08.2026 is ordered to be deleted. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order dated 18.08.2026.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
