CMPMO No.338 of 2025

12.08.2026 Present: Mr. Dhananjay Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Servedaman Rathore, Advocate, for the respondent.

CMP No.20237 of 2026

The instant application has been filed for release of maintenance amount, which has bene deposited by the petitioner/non-applicant in the Registry of this Court. Report of the Registry reveals that a sum of Rs.4,72,000/- in the form of FDR is lying deposited.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection in case the application is allowed.

Since the petition stands finally disposed of and the applicant is in dire need of the amount of maintenance for her day-to-day expenses, therefore, in view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the entire amount lying deposited in the Registry, along with up-to-date interest is order to be released in favour of the applicant by remitting the same in the saving bank account of the applicant, the details of which have been appended as Annexure A-1. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
