It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter is pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Further, he submits that the petition be consigned to record room with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in the event of passing of the judgment by the Hon’ble Apex Court.
2. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to the record room with liberty as aforesaid.
