IN THE HIGH COURT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH, SHIMLA

COPC No. 1071 of 2026

Date of decision: 07.08.2026. Karam Singh

...Petitioner.

Versus

Rohit Jamwal

...Respondent.

Coram:

The Hon’ble Mr. Justice Romesh Verma, Judge.

Whether approved for reporting?1 For the petitioner : Mr. Amit Kumar Dhumal, Advocate.

For the respondent : Mr. Baldev Singh Negi, Addl. A.G.

Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral):

The present petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 13638 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025.

2. In the pre-lunch session, the learned Additional Advocate General was directed to obtain current instructions. He has placed on record order dated 18.12.2025, whereby the judgment passed by this Court has been fully complied with. However, this fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to assail the office order dated 18.12.2025 before the competent Court of law.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. Since the judgment passed by this Court stands fully complied with, nothing remains for adjudication in the instant petition and the same is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

(Romesh Verma)
