On 25.04.2026, learned counsel for the appellant stated that during the pendency of the appeal, the sole appellant had expired. Therefore, he sought two weeks' time to take consequential steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased. Thereafter, the case was listed for taking consequential steps on 22nd May 2026, 22nd June 2026, and 22nd July 2026, but till date no steps have been taken.
