06.08.2026 Present: Mr. Varun Chandel, Additional Advocate General, for the appellants-State. CMP No.19822 of 2026 Keeping in view the averments made in the application, delay of 59 days in re-filing the appeal is condoned.
2. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. CMP(M) No.1245 of 2026
3. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, duly supported by an affidavit of the official and the fact that delay has already been conndoned in connected matters, keeping in view the law laid down in The Deputy Commissioner and Special Land Acquisition Officer Vs. M/s SV Global Mill Limited a/w connected matters, 2026 INSC 138, the delay of 208 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 13.08.2025, passed by the Reference Court, which is already a subject matter of consideration in RFA No. 26 of 2026, is condoned.
4. The application stands disposed off accordingly.
5. Appeal be registered.
6. The appeal is admitted to be heard along with RFA No.26 of 2026.
7. Notice be issued to the respondents, on taking steps within one week, returnable within four weeks.
