Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the judgment as passed by this Court in CWPOA No. 4261 of 2019, titled Ashwani Kumar vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another, decided on 19.09.2023, has been fully complied with, hence he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Permission granted.
