Learned Assistant Advocate General has made available for the perusal of the Court the notification issued by the Additional Chief Secretary (Public Works) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, dated 30.12.2025, for the acquisition of the property of the petitioner under the Land Acquisition Act, 2013.
In view of this development, these proceedings are closed with direction to let the acquisition proceedings be taken to their logical conclusion within the time frame as is statutorily provided. Notice discharged.
