Mr. Vikas Mishra, Advocate, for respondent No.1/applicant. Mr. Mohinder Zharaick, Additional Advocate General with Ms. Ranjna Patial & Ms. Avni Kochhar Mehta, Deputy Advocate General, for respondent No.2. By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of Rs.30,000/-, deposited by the petitioner/non- applicant Meena Bhatia. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/non-applicant, the application is allowed and the amount of Rs.30,000/-, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to the applicant, by remitting the same to his Bank account, particulars whereof find mentioned, in the prayer clause of the application. The application stands disposed of.
