1. 1. This matter is taken up by this Tribunal through Hybrid mode.
2. 2. **IA No. 744/2025, IA No. 745/2025 and IA No. 746/2025** have been filed on behalf of Defendant No. 1, Defendants No. 2 to 5, and Defendant No. 6 respectively. Learned counsel for the said Defendants submits that the Applicant Bank itself has filed IA No. 359/2025 seeking withdrawal of the OA as settled, refund of Tribunal fees, and other consequential reliefs, to which the answering Defendants had already conveyed their "No Objection." The record shows that the matter was earlier placed before the National Lok Adalat on 13.09.2025 but disposal could not take place as details of the settlement amounts and orders of the Ld. NCLT, Jaipur were not annexed.
3. 3. Now, certified copies of the respective orders passed by the Ld. NCLT, Jaipur approving the Resolution/Repayment Plans and confirming full settlement of dues have been placed on record, along with "No Dues Certificates" issued by the Applicant Bank in favour of Defendant No. 1, Defendants No. 2 to 5, and Defendant No. 6. It is evident that the settlement amounts as approved by the Ld. NCLT have been duly paid and the liability of the Defendants stands discharged.
4. 4. In view of the above, and considering that nothing further survives for adjudication in the OA, the present IAs are allowed. Consequently, **TA No. 507/2022 stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of IA No. 359/2025 (dy. No. 2508/2025) without return of court fees.**
5. 5. Consigned the file in to record room.
