1. In this petition, petitioner has challenged merit panel prepared by the Education Department pursuant to Advertisement Notice dated 26.09.2013 for the post of RET, wherein private respondent No. 7 and others have been empanelled in the tentative select list prepared by the office of Zonal Education Officers, Mendhar, in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in case titled “Union Territory of J&K and others Vs. Saba Wani” decided on 30.04.2026.
2. The case of the petitioner is not covered by the aforesaid judgment. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
