01. Mr. Mohd. Qayoom, Advocate appearing vice Mr. Ajaz Chowdhary, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition as having been rendered infructuous, as it is stated that FIR No. 0060/2025 dated 29.09.2025 of Police Station Economic Offences Wing (Crime Branch), Jammu has come to be quashed by virtue of an order dated 01.07.2026 passed in CRM(M) No. 1181/2025.
02. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
