1. From the last two consecutive dates of hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the matter was called, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
2. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecution of the petition.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
