ORDER

(28.09.2026)

1. On perusal of the petition, it appears that the main grievance raised by the petitioner was with regard to the grant of consent/NOC in favour of respondent No. 10 for installation of a stone crusher.

2. In view of the withdrawal of the consent granted by the Pollution Control Committee vide Order No. 08-JKPCC/22 dated 28.11.2022, the grievance raised in the petition does not survive. The petition has, therefore, been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, along with connected application(s).
