ORDER

28.09.2026

The issue raised in this petition is fully covered by the judgment of this Court in case titled “Union of India and Ors V/s Nirman Singh Jamwal”, decided on 03.11.2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case titled “Union of India and Ors V/s Col. NC ISAAC (Retd.)”, 2026 INSC 993, wherein the disability “PRIMARY HYPERTENSION (1-10.0)” has already been held aggravated by Army service. The respondent was denied disability pension on the ground that the disability suffered by him was neither attributable to nor aggravated by Army Service. In view of the judgment rendered in the case of Nirman Singh Jamwal, upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, there is nothing for adjudication in this appeal. The petition is devoid of any merit and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Yash Paul Bourney) (Sanjeev Kumar) Judge Judge
