1. Record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last two consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 07.08.2023 and 18.12.2023, and the position remains the same even today. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition which is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution along with all connected application(s).
2. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
