1. The matter is taken up out of turn at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents made a statement at Bar that respondents have decided not to act upon the impugned notice bearing NIT No. SE/JDA/e-NIT/2026-27/06 dated 10.08.2026. The statement so made is taken on record.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant petition. The writ petition, is, accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
